Daily Bread

So my fantastic in-laws gave each family a breadmaker for Christmas.  I've secretly always wanted one, but have absolutely no space in the kitchen for it... This being said, I've decided to justify it's presence on my countertop by making a different bread each week of 2011.  I'll be drawing recipes from the cookbook it came with.  We'll see how it goes.  Today I'm making Oatmeal Bread.  The hubster and I love Oatnut bread, but at $2.50+ a loaf, we go through two loaves a week... well, if I can make it tastier and healthier for less, that sounds good to me.  It is rising right now.  Full report to come.
